B&T’s Excellent adventure
It is San Dimas California 1988, Bill S. Preston Esquire and his best friend Ted “Theodore” Logan are a couple of dudes who want to start their own rock band. But they have spent so much time forming their super rock band, The Wyld Stallyns, that they’re in danger of flunking history class, if they don’t get an A plus on their history Oral report, and therefore school. The future of mankind is also in danger, because it rest purely on the success of The Wyld Stallyns, on whose very music the foundation of the world’s culture and future Utopian - like society, as well as those of other planet’s we communicate with throughout the galaxy in the future, is based upon.
WHOOA, DUUDE!, as Bill would say, it is a most unprecedented predicament indeed. When Ted’s dad, the police Captain Logan, threatens to send him away to military school if they fail history, Bill and Ted realise it could mean the most heinous end of The Wyld Stallyns. Luckily, a guardian angel from the future, seven hundred years to be exact, Rufus, the time traveling music history slash physics teacher, has come to them with a most bodacious of solutions: a time - traversing phone booth to take them anywhere and anytime into the past to learn about the world from some of history’s most influential personalities and to bag these historical figures for their history Oral report.
